Corali was founded in 2017 by architect Caroline Sillesen. With a masters degree in fine art and architecture from the Royal Danish Academy, she launched her jewelry label as an exploration of what she calls tiny sculptures and to get a deeper and directly connection with the material and her hands. In 2022, Maria Hjortdal joined Corali as a partner, bringing over a decade of experience in business and sales. Together, they run Corali from their Copenhagen office, combining their strengths to create timeless, high-quality jewelry designed to last a lifetime.

With a workshop and office just a few hundred meters apart in Frederiksstaden, Copenhagen, Corali is rooted in sustainability and local craftsmanship. Every piece is carefully handmade from high-quality recycled metals, guided by an experimental and intuitive approach that celebrates delicate, refined artistry. The brands designs are minimalist yet enduring, crafted from 100% recycled 14-karat solid gold and recycled sterling silver, Top Wesselton VVS diamonds, Akoya pearls, and natural gemstones. From the first sketch to the final piece, Corali is intended as a tiny love affair, one that lingers, meant to be cherished for years to come.

"I like to think of the jewelry as modern and responsive to its time, yet carrying echoes of forgotten eras and a broader sense of time. Each piece is a tiny treasure, one that will outlast you if cared for properly."
