Exchanges and Returns

We gladly accept exchanges and returns and offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery, but please note that custom sizes and special orders, including engraved jewelry and personalized items, are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

The returned item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging. If you want to exchange your item for a different ring size, a longer necklace or a different style, we also offer exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please reach out to us if you need any assistance finding the perfect fit as your happiness with your corali purchase is very important to us. 

please ensure the item is securely packed before returning the item. We recommend that you insure your return shipment to prevent any damage to the item or packaging. Keep the postage receipt as proof that the package was sent. The returned item must be sent to our office at the address provided. Please note that items are your responsibility until they reach us.

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality check. If everything is in order, your refund will be processed automatically to the card used for the original purchase. Refunds take 2-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your banks processing time.

Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs or any other expenses associated with the return. Should the returned item not be in suitable condition, 
it will be sent back to you.
