Exchanges and Returns
We gladly accept returns and offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery. The returned item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging. please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging.

If you need a different ring size, a longer necklace, or wish to exchange a piece for a different style, we also offer exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

We recommend that you insure your return shipment to prevent any damage to the item or packaging. Keep the postage receipt as proof that the package was sent. The returned item must be sent to our office at the address provided. Please note that items are your responsibility until they reach us.

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality check. If everything is in order, your refund will be processed automatically to the card used for the original purchase. Refunds may take several business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank processing times.

Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs or any other Expenses associated with the return. If the returned item is not in suitable condition, it will be sent back to you.
